- IOC VNIR-SC is a VNIR hyperspectral system developed by Isuzu Optics Corp. It can capture 380-800nm or 400-1000nm hyperspectral cube depend on which spectrograph is chosen. With external line scanning mechanism, it can be applied to microscopic systems or inspection setup on production line.
